What we would like you to do:
Please wash your hands, or use the sanitiser provided, each time you enter the cottage.
Books, information leaflets, games, etc cannot practically be sanitised. We recommend that you leave them in quarantine for 24 or 48hrs depending on your risk appetite. This is based on Government advice as of mid-June 2020, please check the government Corona virus website for latest advice.
We would also appreciate it if you could strip all the beds that you have used and place the linen in the laundry bags provided.
Please arrive after 4pm on the arrival day and leave by 10am on departure day.
What we will do:
Wear disposable gloves and a face mask at all times.
Air each room in the property for the entirety of the changeover.
Sanitise frequently touched areas with alcohol wipes: key safe & key, lights and switches, door handles and edges, drawer handles and edges, flat surfaces, coat hangers, electrical appliances, kitchen appliances, condiments, coffee, tea, sugar bowls, leather and wooden seats, place mats, remote controls, alarm clocks, stair rails, bathroom surfaces and fittings, window handles and blinds, boiler & thermostat, waste bins and external bins.
Plates, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and utensils will be washed in very hot water.
Fabric cushions and curtain edges will be steamed.
